RatioPro, a product by Platinum Financial Enterprises LLC, uses SMS text messaging to send transactional and account-related messages to users who have explicitly opted in. This page explains everything about how our SMS program works.

RatioPro sends only transactional and account-related messages. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages. Message types include:
Opt-in is explicit and required. You cannot receive SMS messages from RatioPro without actively agreeing. Here is exactly how opt-in works:
On our public sign-up form at ratiopro.app, you'll enter your name, email, and mobile phone number. Below the phone field, you'll see a checkbox with the following consent language:
I agree to receive text messages from Platinum Financial Enterprises about my RatioPro account. This agreement is optional and not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Msg & Data Rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out anytime. Text HELP for more information.
The checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively check it to consent to SMS messaging. Your consent is stored with a timestamp for verification. Providing a phone number is entirely optional — you can complete sign-up without providing a phone number, and you can leave the SMS checkbox unchecked without affecting your ability to use RatioPro.
Immediately after you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text:
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time. There are two ways to opt out:
Reply STOP to any message from 844-969-3909. You will receive one final confirmation message:
You may also text: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Any of these will opt you out.
You can also disable SMS from your account settings within the RatioPro app. Toggle off "SMS notifications" — the change is immediate.

Message frequency varies by user based on plan settings and account activity. Most users receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. This includes:

Message and data rates may apply. RatioPro does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages received or sent, depending on your mobile phone plan.
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected in connection with the SMS program is used solely to operate the program and provide the service you signed up for.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile phone number to prevent messages being sent to the wrong recipient.
We may update this SMS program from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date below and, for material changes, notify you by email or SMS.
