1. Introduction

Welcome to RatioPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RatioPro application, website, and related services (collectively, "RatioPro" or the "Service"). RatioPro is a product operated by Platinum Financial Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using RatioPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RatioPro. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use most features of RatioPro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Description of Service

RatioPro is a personal finance tool that helps consumers understand and improve their credit utilization ratio and debt-to-income ratio. Users manually enter credit card information, and RatioPro generates payoff plans, provides ratio analysis, and sends notifications.

RatioPro is not a financial advisor, credit repair organization, lender, or credit bureau. We do not:

• Provide legal, tax, or financial advice
• Dispute items on your credit report on your behalf
• Extend credit, offer loans, or process payments to your creditors
• Guarantee any specific credit score outcome

5. Subscription and Billing

RatioPro offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers ("Pro"). By subscribing to Pro:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, in advance
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice; founding-member rates are exempt from price increases

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RatioPro for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

7. User Content

You retain all rights to information you enter into RatioPro, including your credit card details, income, and financial data ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

We will never sell, license, or share User Content with third parties for their own use, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS, our SMS Consent terms apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Intellectual Property

RatioPro, including all software, design, content, and branding, is the exclusive property of Platinum Financial Enterprises LLC. All rights reserved. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Using RatioPro will improve your credit score
• Ratio calculations will exactly match those used by credit bureaus or lenders
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific financial outcome will result from following our recommendations

Ratio calculations, plan projections, and score-move estimates are informational only. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including credit bureau reporting practices, changes in your financial behavior, and third-party actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platinum Financial Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RatioPro.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinum Financial Enterprises LLC and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of RatioPro or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
